I live in the most beautiful part of Colorado. I am so thankful that I have been able to have a quality of life that is second to none. I work with both Buyers and Sellers. I am a native to the area and have a great knowledge of the demographics and history of the area.
I have a GRI designation, ABR designation, CNE designation as well as an E-PRO designation.
I was voted the 2016 Realtor of the Year by my peers in the Four Corner’s Board of Realtors. That award far exceeds any award I have been given because it came from my peers and our Board is a very outstanding group of Realtors with many great qualities.
I was voted Best Realtor in the Best of Cortez Awards in 2014, 2015 and 2016. I am very proud and honored to have been given that recognition.
I am on the board of Directors for the PRCA Ute Mountain Round-up Rodeo enjoying 80 plus years of history in our area. It is a great passion of mine for the culture and history it brings to our area. The venue occurs in an arena named after my Dad, Bob Banks.
I am co-chair of the Dean Hansen Memorial Golf Tournament put on by the Four Corner’s Board of Realtors. We have grown in size to give six to eight $1,000 scholarships to our local teens for their college or post-secondary education. It is a great pride to serve in that capacity.
I also serve on the Parade of Lights committee. It is a wonderful parade the first Saturday in December put on by our Board of Realtors.
My largest accomplishment and the one I am the most proud of is my family. I have 4 children and 7 grand children and I have a wonderful husband who has stood by me through it all.
